Drive Growth for a Rapidly Expanding Local Waste Business
Meluca Group is a locally owned and operated business providing reliable, customer-focused waste solutions across West Gippsland and Outer South East Melbourne areas. With a fast-growing client base and services including both skip bin and front lift bin hire, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our Transfer Station and Bin Hire operations, based across our Drouin and Bunyip sites.
About the Role
This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the Waste Industry who thrives on building relationships and generating new business. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base across both residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
- Set up and manage a practical system (e.g. CRM or customer tracking tool) to monitor client interactions and sales results
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Provide regular updates on sales activity and customer feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in the Waste Industry (essential)
- Experience setting up and managing CRM systems or customer databases
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, dynamic team
- Highly organised, results-driven, and confident in managing your own workload
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
