Meluca Group is a locally owned and operated business providing mobile crushing and screening services across Victoria. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Crushing & Screening Operator to join our growing team and support a variety of client projects.
About the Role
This full-time role involves operating and maintaining a range of crushing and screening equipment on client sites across Victoria. You’ll be part of a hardworking crew delivering efficient, safe, and high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Operate mobile crushing and screening equipment to process materials on site

Monitor and maintain equipment performance to minimise downtime

Conduct pre-start checks, routine servicing, and basic maintenance

Work safely and effectively to meet production targets

Support site setup, relocation, and demobilisation of mobile plants

Communicate with site managers and team members to ensure smooth operations

Travel to various job sites throughout Victoria (overnight stays may be required)
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience operating mobile crushing and screening equipment
-
Sound mechanical aptitude and ability to carry out basic maintenance
-
A strong understanding of safety and environmental requirements

Ability to work independently and within a small team
-
Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic

Current driver’s licence (HR or HC licence highly regarded)

White Card (Construction Induction) required
